SHIPPING

We ship worldwide via registered airmail (tracking number available) from Hong Kong warehouse.
We usually ship within 2 business days of receiving cleared payment
The final delivery time depends on your local post service (for US, UK generally 8-14days)
All shipments are insured and buyer will receive refund of full payment in cases of lost or stolen package
We are not responsible for any custom duty or import tax

RETURN

Defective item must be reported within 7 days of delivery
We offer a money back guarantee if you are unsatisfied with any of our products
For refund item should be returned with all original packing and accessories
Buyer pays return cost
Refund will be made upon receipt of the returned item
We make our best effort to test each item to the best of our ability. We acquire our inventory from main manufacturer warehouse in Hong Kong and strive for 100% customer satisfaction. If there is any issue with your order please contact us first and we will make it right.

All CameronSino batteries have 1 year warranty
We will check security code that is placed on every battery. It's needed for warranty service.
Warranty is excluded any improper use or failure to follow the product instructions
